More About LT

LT Thomas started lifting at the age of 10.  He always had a strong love for weight training. LT has been involved in sports from a very young age.  Football, basketball, track, and wrestling are a few sports that LT participated in as a child.  In his second year in high school, he worked in a fitnescenterer in Baltimore, MD.    This is when hrealizeded that he had to pursue a career in personal training. LT attended Salisbury University and graduated in 2003 with a BS in Exercise Science.  LT currently owns a personal training studio in Baltimore, MD called LT Personal Training. 

In December 2006 a few people told Lemuel that he should compete in a bodybuilding competition so LT started preparing in January 2007.  Thus far, he has competed in 6 bodybuilding competitions.  LT placed first in his class in 5 of the 6.  He also competed in 2 fitness challenges. 

His bodybuilding experience includes:

• 2007- USBF Silver Cup: 1st Place Middle Weight
• 2007 -OCB EASTERN REGIONAL: 1st in Novice 2nd in Open
• 2007 - Winter MID-ATLANTIC FITNESS CHALLENGE: 1st place overall
• 2007 -OCBCB Fall Fitness Challenge:2nd place overall
• 2007 -OCB Charm City Classic: 1st place in Middle Weight
• 2O07-Yorton Cup: 1st place Middle Class
• 2007-USBF Natural Pro-AM: 1st place Middle Class
