Custom Fitness and LT Personal have joined together and now provide programs in Weight Loss in the Baltimore area.

Weight Loss

Custom Fitness offers a unique program for weight loss. We start with a complete medical and life history. We will then custom design a program for your individual needs. Your program will usually last between 3-6 months. After you hit your goal weight, we ask that you continue with our weight stabilization program for maximum results. Once stabilization has taken place, your program is then complete.

Our weight loss program will include a food journal, personal training, life and fitness coaching and in some case menus. And because we focus on more than just what you are eating, you will find that this *holistic approach will yield better results.

Life Coaching can be a great benefit those who are in need of support. Life Coaching is not therapy, but does have therapeutic value. Many chose to have a coach for different reasons. Some may not wish to be a burden on friends or family, while others are looking for a confidential support system.

Our Life Coach can provide you with support with most of your problems. He is also available for accompaniment to doctors appointments or AA/NA meetings. Whatever the reason, your comfort is his concern.

We also offer online Fitness and Life Coaching for those who are busy, yet want to stay proactive in their lives.

Set Up My Program.

This is a one time meeting with our personal trainer and fitness coach who will design a program just for you. This service is perfect for the client who is already motivated yet lacks the knowledge of setting up a complete fitness program. {A physical assessment is included in this service}.
